Learning Gap: The company noticed its employee retention rate declining when it moved to remote and hybrid work leading to constant recruitment, training, and a decrease in profit.
After analyzing the performance problem, I confirmed that the employees needed more skills and knowledge to navigate their novel work environment (hybrid, remote) successfully. I proposed a scenario-based eLearning experience where the employee would identify, set, and maintain boundaries to practice advocating for themselves to create a healthy work-life balance with the ultimate goal of improving employee retention for the company.
Our goal was to improve employee satisfaction and reduce the performance impacts of the problem by providing both new and veteran hires with a risk-free environment to make choices and see consequences.
